We build our menus into a full-course balanced meal with a salad, starch, vegetables, two meats, and dessert. Our signature menu is a tossed salad with ranch and balsamic dressings, scallop potatoes, mixed vegetables with broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, herb-baked chicken, prime rib, rolls, butter, and assorted cakes.
You want to consider your event space when choosing a menu. For example, our Flow Club is perfect for a sit-down full-course menu. Our 712 bar is more suited for light hors d'oeuvres such as shrimp cocktails, crab cakes, stuffed mushrooms, or a fruit and cheese display.
